I need to sell some stuff.

This is a painting that I purchased from one of the home shows. I paid about 125.00 for it... sell it for 70.00?

I got this as a housewarming gift after the fire in the house on hays street..... 10.00

This is a painting from the homeshow which I always have in my bedroom. I paid 250.00 for this... I guess sell it for 100.00?

Everytime I attempt to post items on craiglist I never get any responses. These are personal items that I had before i was married so I will not have to hear from hubby " Why are you trying to get rid of my stuff?"

I need to know how to word the ads and price it right so that I will successfull sell the stuff listed. Any help will be appreciated.

Try ebay and be descriptive. Use brand names--instead of Homeshow use the brand name. State what type of wood, paint, print something is. Also listing in the correct division will help too. Seriously though..ebay...you can always use a reserve price, but you can also research to see what similar items are going for!

My discovery!

As a little girl I did not play with dolls, did not play house. I climbed trees and explored how things worked. Tried to make my bike do things it was not meant to do. My mother complain when I was a toddler she would dress me in frilly dresses to play and I would prompty find mud or dirt. My mother and father had a loving relationship but I really did not see my father much. He worked the night shift. I had a close relationship with my mother. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DRESS!

I was inspired by this blog SEW MUCH FABRIC, SEW LITTLE TIME. She is using her fabric stash to create a basic wardrobe. I just love all the T’s and skirts that she has made, so I have decided to work on doing the same. But first (no I am not putting it off) I have to finish this dress that is making me angry. I had a wonderful tropical print fabric which would have been the perfect summer dress. I kept the fabric for several summers and did nothing with it. I finally decided the make a dress; unfortunately it was not a summer dress. Well it is a summer dress but its not the perfect summer dress. I have decided to go back to not making decision when I am on my cycle. (ironic, huh!) Granted when you have not had a cycle for two months the PMS that usually sounds the warning bell is not so loud. I got the card in the mail today. You would have thought it was an invitation to the presidential gala!
